On the first morning I attempted this painting, I was so enamoured with the light that I neglected to realise the severity of the rain clouds surrounding me… Until I was caught in a massive downpour, that lasted more than an hour! I huddled under a bush but the truth was, it was no protection. Wet and bedraggled, I returned to our holiday flat with very little to show for my morning painting other than a solid compositional sketch, and a very wet panel and easel. The next morning, with everything dry again, the light was completely different, but the composition was still appealing to me, and I completed the painting using the day before’s base.

For South African clients, please contact me directly for EFT payment options. Shipping is included in the painting price.

For international clients, shipping will be added to the final price, and will be calculated based on the shipping address.

 

I use PayPal and Stripe as two options for making secure, online international payments. Both PayPal and Stripe are trusted, safe and secure PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment gateways. Stripe enables you to pay online using your credit or debit card, without needing to create an account (Apple Pay is also available with Stripe). Your credit card details will be collected and processed securely by Stripe; no card details will be collected or stored by me or on the server.

You may also choose to pay using your PayPal account, where you will be securely redirected to PayPal at payment.

 

A confirmation email and digital receipt will be sent to you once the payment has been successfully received. I will keep you updated on shipping and delivery of your new artwork.
